I have finally decided to change gps. The receptionist can never give you any information. Each time I call it takes between 20-30 mins for my call to be answered. Today I have spent over an hour waiting to be seen despite being early for my appointment. The service is horrendous and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The surgery offers a very professional service.The staff and Doctors are all very friendly and approachable,it's very rare that i have'nt been able to get an appoitment on the day i need to be seen. The Doctors,in particular Dr Pugh,Dr Chan and Dr Paralaekar always seem to have the time to listen and ask pertinent questions i have never felt rushed or that i'm wasting their time,i feel that i along with the rest of my family are in good hands. As someone who works full time i appreciate the new earlier opening hours and being able to now book some appointments online.

The surgery is clean and functional. Staff are friendly/ cheerful.

I was tended to by the practice nurse who as always was very caring - (as they all are) and was ready to listen to my anxieties, and really makes me feel better. Everyone at the practice is always ready to listen and help.

Each doctor I have been to have been warm and welcoming. Phone to call in can take a while to get through.
